Function Occupancy
The Falmouth Country Club prides itself on the quality and style of each and every event that takes place on property. In order to attain the highest standards for our clients, only one (1) event will take place during a contracted time frame. Simply stated, your event is our only event and we’ll take care of every intimate detail for you!

Event Space Options:

The Mezzanine Room: Approx 30’ x 50’
Seats 80 guests for a formal dinner & approx 115 guests for a cocktail reception.

  • Private bar
  • Private restrooms
  • Dance floor
  • Banquet Tables or 60” Round Tables which seat 8 guests
  • Banquet Chairs
  • China. Silverware, Flatware, & all glassware

Beautiful Ambient Views Outdoor Tent: 80x 70 White Peak Tent
Seats 275+/- for dinner & approx 350+/- for a cocktail reception. The space includes the following:

  • Windowed and clear sidewalls
  • Perimeter lighting
  • Adjacent restrooms
  • Banquet Tables or 60” Round Tables which seat 8 guests
  • White Garden Chairs for seating

On-Site Wedding Ceremonies
Includes set up and break down of ceremony site

*Ceremonies are typically done in the lawn area over looking the pond, if there is inclement weather they can be done under the tent or in the Mezzanine if available.

Bridal Suite
A breakout room for the bridal party to retreat to after the ceremony to freshen up and take a break before entering the reception. Includes a round of drinks and hor's dourves for the bridal party.

Phase One

  • Vendor Search and Selection – Cityside will research and secure all of your vendors based your budget and style
  • Vendor Interviews, Negotiation
  • Vendor & Service Providers Contracting- Cityside will handle all your contracting needs through one contract and one payment plan

Phase Two

  • Itinerary and Timeline Development
  • Contractual Amendments, Addenda, and Change Orders
  • Inclement Weather Planning

Phase Three

  • Pre-production Scheduling
  • On-site coordination of your event Set up and Strike included
