Function Occupancy
In order to attain the highest standards for our clients, only one (1) event will take place during a particular time frame. We are quite certain that you will be pleased to know that your event is our only event and we’ll take care of every intimate detail for you!

Inclusive Event Spaces:

• Bayview Room (indoor function room)
• Three-season veranda patio (attached to Bay View)
• 30x60 White Three-Peak Main Tent and 20x30 White peaked Side Tent which abuts main tent includes windowed, clear and solid sidewalls, perimeter lighting and flooring surrounded by lawn and gardens

Inclusive Equipment:

• Banquet Tables 60” Round Tables which seat 8 guests
• White Wooden Garden Chairs for dinner seating
• China. Silverware, Flatware, & all glassware
• White Full Length Linen
• 30x60 White Three-Peak Tent & 20x30 abutting tent
• Windowed sidewalls and perimeter lighting for the large tent

On-Site Wedding Ceremonies
Includes set up and break down of ceremony site, white garden chairs, and gazebo. Please Inquire about upgrades and amenities for all packages

Ceremonies are typically done in the garden area, if there is inclement weather they can be done in the Bayview room, on the patio, or under the tent depending on the number of guests.

• Vendor Search and Selection — Cityside will research and secure all of your vendors based your budget and style
• Vendor Interviews, Negotiation
• Vendor & Service Providers Contracting — Cityside will handle all your contracting needs through one contract and one payment plan

Phase Two

• Itinerary and Timeline Development
• Contractual Amendments, Addenda, and Change Orders
• Inclement Weather Planning

Phase Three

• Pre-production Scheduling
• On-site coordination of your event
• Set up and Strike included
